Fall 2018 Educational Event - Future of Mobility

Come join your fellow Chicago CPCU Society Chapter members and other insurance industry professionals for an Educational Lunch & Learn Session hosted by Deloitte on Tuesday October 9th, 11:30am to 1pm.

For CPCU designation holders attending, 1 CE hour can be used to satisfy CPCU Society Continuing Education credit requirements.

If people stop driving, what will auto insurers, well, insure? The rise of ridesharing and autonomous cars—as part of the new mobility ecosystem—means that the insurance industry should reconsider its time-honored business model. While some revenue streams will likely dry up, new ones will begin flowing.  The future of mobility looks poised to upend the current model and change nearly everything about auto insurance: who the customers are, what products they demand, and how to market to them.  Insurers will need to rethink their role in the mobility ecosystem and their relationship to drivers, owners, and vehicles.  We will discuss the future of mobility and the wide-ranging impact on the insurance industry.

This event is complimentary for all 2018 Chicago CPCU Society Chapter paid members and $20 for non-members and guests. Lunch will be provided.
